  10. Cor blimey, it's that time of the disk again when you read the first
  11. couple of lines and think,"God, this is trash" and put another subject
  12. on instead........Or are you one of those people who reads every single
  13. article and eventually you get bags under your eyes?.....

  15. Has anyone heard of the sueing of Nintendo by the parents of a
  16. teenage boy who now has epylectic fits because the flicker of the screen
  17. `freaked him out'. Serves him right for buying a Nintendo, doesn't it?
  18. Let's be critisizing for a mo'....The 8-bit Nintendo is complete
  19. rubbish......The graphics are only equaled by the ZX81 (without the 16k
  20. Ram extension) and the VIC-20 (which is now the best selling computer
  21. ever.......out of the computers called VIC-20). Let's pick one of the 
  22. "brilliant" games for it..........Mario Bros.......HA HA HA HA HA HA....
  23. I wish I had 40-something quid to buy quality software like this........
  24. I'd rather buy that than spending well earned money on technical 
  25. achievements like Formula One Grand Prix...........Not!......(Oh no, a 
  26. Wayne's World quote, quick somebody shoot me..................BANG!!!!!

  29. Zircon Amiga Mag One recently got reviewed in Amiga Shopper and only
  30. got 6 out of 10. Funny that, everybody else that looked at it thought
  31. it was good, even my dad's friend said it was `different' which means
  32. very good, excellent, superb in English.......So, for a bit of revenge
  33. let's review Amiga Shopper........

  35. 1.  Well, is it on a disk?             Oh dear, not even on a disk,
  36.                                     0  not a  good start is it....

  38. 2.  Are there any pictures on it       Oh deary dear.....
  39.     which are hand drawn by moi?    0

  41. 3.  Is the text in it making a         One funny joke every blue moon
  42.     decent attempt to make people      isn't very good is it?

  45. 4.  Value for money?                   The value for money is about as
  46.                                     0  good as buying a Nintendo game.

  48. 5.  Gameplay?                          None. There's nowhere to plug
  49.                                     0  joystick in......Tut!......

  53. So the average mark for Amiga Shopper is 0.2  (He would have to be
  54. precise, wouldn't he ! - Ed) out of 10. Oh dear, seems we beat Amiga 
  55. Shopper by quite a bit. So, stick that down your chimney and lose 
  56. it...???.. (Read the "Apology to Amiga Shopper" bit - Ed)

  58. And now for the quick complaint section...........For those millions
  59. that bought the last issue of the Zircon Amiga Mag then you will have
  60. noticed that Waffle II was under the name of Gears ! It should have
  61. been Waffle II by EZZA !!  ........it makes me cry.............

  63. A friend of mine had Sonic2 for christmas and here is a quick review
  64. ..........It's all hype and no game..........The only difference in
  65. Gameplay from the first one is the diagonal springs. The addition of
  66. another character is pointless. The screen splits into two and slips
  67. into hi-res. The height of the screen gives you less time to react
  68. when a baddie flies towards you at one hundred miles an hour. So as
  69. with many other games don't believe all the hype....................  
  70.   
  71. Looking at the news is really depressing me lately. I'm going
  72. to leave school soon after finishing my A-levels and hopefully go 
  73. into a job. But looking at the unemployed total of 3 million and
  74. rising I feel like a John Major for not applying to University.....

  76. Well, I'm going to end now because I have to revise very hard for my
  77. mock exams so I will come top in all of my subjects.......NOT!......
